Narrowing the message until only the essential remained.
Addressing Everyone, Engaging No One
Vantage had developed a sophisticated analytics platform but struggled to explain it to different visitor profiles. In an effort to speak to developers, marketers, and executives simultaneously, their homepage had become a chaotic sequence of feature blocks, technical jargon, and mixed call-to-actions. The high bounce rate indicated that visitors were overwhelmed. Vantage commissioned DADA Studio to establish a clear hierarchy, design a simplified platform, and craft a cohesive, calm onboarding path.
Segmented Path Architecture
We redesigned their digital experience around a left-aligned, spacious layout built around three distinct user paths. The homepage opens with a single, clear positioning statement, followed by three minimal columns that allow visitors to self-select their profile. Each path leads to a dedicated overview page that presents only the features, data inputs, and case studies relevant to that specific audience. This structure removed the need to explain everything at once, creating a calm and focused browsing experience.

A calmer system replacing years of accumulated noise.
Technical Hierarchy & Clean Spacing
The visual design leverages a typography-first layout. We used clean sans-serif typefaces configured in structured blocks with generous vertical padding. Color is used sparingly to mark active states and primary actions, while the rest of the interface relies on subtle contrast between off-white backgrounds and dark charcoal text. By employing ruled lines and consistent spacing tokens instead of heavy cards, the layout feels lightweight and fast.
Onboarding Optimized
The restructured platform has significantly improved Vantage's conversion funnel. Post-launch, lead generation increased by 2.5x, and client onboarding times were optimized to under 30 days. By embracing a quieter, more focused communication strategy, Vantage demonstrated that clear design restraint is far more effective at building trust than exhaustive feature lists.
We stopped trying to speak to everyone, and the right people finally heard us.
